In late of June 2016 of handed in my thesis assignment for Entrepreneurship & Design at KEA, Copenhagen. Thereafter I had an oral presentation of a design solution based on the research question:
How can I, based on food trends, develop and market a food product made from insects to the Danish supermarket, Irma?
I came up with this product as a result of a bigger thesis about modern society and field research.
Through an analytic research and trend forecasting I found out that the danish supermarket would be a good partner for selling edible insects. I wanted the design to be playful and interesting as the content, roasted grasshoppers.
