Thesis and Product Design

How can I, based on food trends, develop and market a food product made from insects to the Danish supermarket, Irma?

I designed this product in spring 2016 as a result of a bigger thesis about modern society and field research, through an analytic research and trend forecasting. I wanted the design to be playful and interesting as the content, roasted grasshoppers. I pitched it to Irma as well.
